Centurion is proud to be the provider ofmedical servicesto the Hennepin County Department of Community Corrections.
We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistantto join our team at Hennepin County Department of Community Corrections Juvenile Detention Center located in Minneapolis Minnesota.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is responsible for providing holistic care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Qualifications
- Minnesota LPN license or CMA Certificate
- Certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Corrections experience not required
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
Shift:
- 40 hours per week mixture of day and evening Shifts
