Job Description

Recruitment:

  • Manage end- to-end recruitment processes for positions across Latin America Puerto Rico and Miami.
  • Source candidates.
  • Conduct research via LinkedIn to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes coordinate interviews manage background checks and facilitates the offer process.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update records in the applicant tracking system (Workday).

Administrative Support

  • Assist the HR Generalist with onboarding tasks including preparing new hire packages and employment contracts.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team such as translations amendment to employment contracts perform secondary reviews time tracking and others.
  • Support HR related projects and duties as assigned by the HR Generalist.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • A minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
  • Excellent time management organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • A strong interest in recruiting within a Corporate Human Resources department.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications: Excel Word and Outlook.
  • Experience using Workday a plus but not required.
