Job Description
Party Heroes is an 8000 sf Retail Party Store that specializes in Balloon Decor and Party Supplies. SEND RESUME AND CELL NUMBER TO
Duties: Act in the capacity of a Party Hero for profitable store operations. The hours will vary based on time of year and store staffing needs.
Knowledge of: MICROSOFT WORD & EXCEL A MUST! Advanced principles and processes for providing exceptional customer service Retail industry operations and best practices Business and management principles involved in strategic planning negotiating sales and marketing business development and growth Windows based software Skills: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in an efficient and professional manner Superior organizational skills with a high quality of accuracy and attention to detail in both written and verbal communications Superior business and negotiation skills Ability to learn new skills quickly work and be flexible with deadlines solve problems effectively and handle multiple priorities Ability to be proactive and self-directed while working professionally in a team environment to resolve issues and meet deadlines Skills continues Use quantitative techniques to analyze results and make decisions Exercise sound decision-making abilities Ability and willingness to travel Ability to maintain up to date records of orders deliveries and receivables Equipment: Use of computer technology and cash register Use of multi-line telephone Use of helium tanks.
