Location: Fairfield CT
A leading and well-established pain management group is seeking Interventional Pain Management Physicians to join its growing network. With a strong reputation for excellence in patient care innovative treatment options and a supportive infrastructure this is a unique opportunity to build a thriving practice while making a meaningful difference in patients lives.
As an Interventional Pain Physician you will provide comprehensive outpatient care including new consultations follow-up appointments and interventional procedures. The schedule includes 2-3 procedure days and 2 office days per week with an average volume of 24 patients/day.
Evaluate diagnose and manage a variety of chronic pain conditions.
Interpret imaging and test results to develop and explain treatment plans.
Perform a wide range of interventional procedures including:
Medial branch blocks
Facet joint injections
Sacroiliac joint injections
Epidural steroid injections
Nerve blocks
Discography
Peripheral Nerve Stimulation
Spinal Cord Stimulation
Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty
Prolotherapy
Disc Regenerative Therapy
Peripheral joint and trigger point injections
Collaborate with fellow providers and clinic leadership to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship.
Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology (Neurology considered with relevant experience).
Commitment to excellence in patient care and procedural expertise.
$350000 base salary with full benefits
1-2 year guaranteed income
