Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain Business or related field required OR in lieu of degree a HS Diploma/GED and 8 or more years of experience required.
Years of Experience: 4 or more years of experience with degree OR 8 or more years experience with HS Diploma/GED
manufacturing experience with supervisory experience preferred
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications SAP inventory management systems
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred

Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall management of a focused area of operations of a production site.
Adhere to established weekly/monthly/annual metrics to support operation productivity quality delivery safety cost employee morale and operations systems including report out of performance.
Responsible for continuous improvement developing best practices/benchmarking documenting standard work promoting 5S activities and ensuring highest possible levels of productivity.
Ensure focus areas are appropriately staffed for shifts and operations with headcount analysis demand planning and forecasting.
Responsible for hiring and retention of shop floor employees supervisors and leaders in the operations system.
Maintain performance measurement system metrics and output.
Understand customer critical success factors and initiate corrective actions for process quality internal ppm service back orders and assembly line disruptions.
Ensure quality service by fostering a positive productive team environment.
Communicate with production control logistics assembly team fabrication team engineering and parts and accessories to support production demand growth initiatives and customer service.
Foster talent development by supporting career path planning management of performance objectives engagement training and onboarding of new hires.
