Product Strategy & Vision:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market customer needs competitive landscape and industry trends for SaaS solutions
Define the product vision strategy and roadmap to align with the companys overall sales and success objectives
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against goals
Conduct market research competitive analysis and user research to identify opportunities and prioritize product development
Product Development & Management:
Lead the development and launch of new features functionalities and product updates
Collaborate closely with engineering marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution
Understand and manage key supplier relationships and identify strategic partnership opportunities to amplify product value
Manage the product backlog prioritize features and define acceptance criteria for product requirements
Customer Experience & Feedback:
Advocate for the customer experience within the company and champion a customer-centric product development approach
Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the user experience
Collaborate with customer support and success teams to address customer concerns and ensure product satisfaction
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Effectively communicate product vision strategy and progress to stakeholders
Continuous Improvement:
Promote industry trends technologies and best practices for product management
Continuously evaluate and refine product development processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering business or a related field
3 years of experience in product management or related field
Experience in SaaS and/or workingfor external vendors / stakeholders
Proven track record of successfully defining developing and launching successful products
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate and work well with 3rd-party vendors on a regular basis
Passion for creating innovative and impactful products
Bachelors degree
3 years of experience in product management/ownership
Experience in SaaS and/or workingfor external vendors / stakeholders
