Department Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic integrations and execution of our 3rd party developer dispatch portfolio. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and near-term strategy to drive growth innovation and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role that will directly influence the success of our company and the security of our customers and their businesses.


Job Description

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market customer needs competitive landscape and industry trends for SaaS solutions

  • Define the product vision strategy and roadmap to align with the companys overall sales and success objectives

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against goals

  • Conduct market research competitive analysis and user research to identify opportunities and prioritize product development

Product Development & Management:

  • Lead the development and launch of new features functionalities and product updates

  • Collaborate closely with engineering marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution

  • Understand and manage key supplier relationships and identify strategic partnership opportunities to amplify product value

  • Manage the product backlog prioritize features and define acceptance criteria for product requirements

Customer Experience & Feedback:

  • Advocate for the customer experience within the company and champion a customer-centric product development approach

  • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the user experience

  • Collaborate with customer support and success teams to address customer concerns and ensure product satisfaction

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

  • Effectively communicate product vision strategy and progress to stakeholders

Continuous Improvement:

  • Promote industry trends technologies and best practices for product management

  • Continuously evaluate and refine product development processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science engineering business or a related field

  • 3 years of experience in product management or related field

  • Experience in SaaS and/or workingfor external vendors / stakeholders

  • Proven track record of successfully defining developing and launching successful products

  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to communicate and work well with 3rd-party vendors on a regular basis

  • Passion for creating innovative and impactful products


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelors degree

  • 3 years of experience in product management/ownership

  • Experience in SaaS and/or workingfor external vendors / stakeholders
