As Bens Content Marketing Manager youll take the lead on our content strategy fueling brand awareness engagement and lead generation through compelling storytelling and content.
Youll work as part of our experienced marketing team owning the full content lifecycle from planning and creation to distribution performance tracking and repurposing. Youll shape our voice drive consistency across channels and ensure every piece of content delivers impact.
Own and drive Bens content plan across hero pieces blog social and ABM content and manage the editorial calendar.
Create and oversee the production of high-quality engaging content in multiple formats think articles thought leadership ebooks video scripts and more.
Leverage AI tools effectively to enhance content creation and efficiency.
Manage relationships with freelancers ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
Experiment with new content formats test ideas and continuously refine our approach for better outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design product marketing and growth marketing to ensure content consistency and impact.
Track content performance and report on results translating metrics into actionable insights for the team and wider business.
A passion for creating impactful content that grows companies
The experience of acting as both strategist and doer. Youre comfortable planning producing and optimising content for technical or B2B audiences.
Excellent writing editing and storytelling skills
Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional content initiatives.
A test-and-learn mindset with an agile and adaptable approach.
Confidence in using data to evaluate content performance and shape future content decisions.
Arent comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Are not ready to own your own results and be held accountable
Like maintaining the status-quo and arent willing to think outside the box
