Job Description
Your mission
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of community strategies across platforms such as Discord Twitch or forums
Actively manage and moderate gaming and esports-related communities
Plan and execute smaller community activations such as giveaways polls or challenges
Gather and share community feedback with internal teams
Assist in the creation of community guidelines FAQs and communication templates
Participate in internal briefings alignment meetings and depending on experience client sessions
Collaborate with the Community Team on analyzing trends user behavior and engagement potential
Your profile
Required:
3 - 5 years of professional experience in community management or social media ideally in a gaming or esports context
Basic understanding of community platforms
Strong team spirit proactivity and a structured approach to work
Passion for digital communities gaming and esports
Fluency in both German and English you know how to adapt your tone to different audiences
Preferred:
Initial experience with moderation and community management tools
Understanding of basic KPIs and analytics tools
Experience working with content creators or influencers
