Your mission
Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for a structured and reliable Logistics Manager to take charge of our national and international logistics operations. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating storage packaging shipping and material flow for our productions and events in the dynamic world of gaming and esports. Youll ensure everything gets to the right place at the right timeefficiently and on schedule. This position is based on-site at our Berlin-Spandau headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end logistics processes: storage picking packing and shipping of parcels and pallets (domestic and international)
Plan and oversee on-time material flows to events and productions
Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external logistics providers
Prepare all necessary shipping customs and transport documentation in compliance with regulations
Administer and maintain our central material warehouse including inventory and inbound goods checks
Continuously optimize logistics workflows and processes
Negotiate and communicate with suppliers and transport partners
Document track and report all logistics-related activities
Your profile
Required:
Vocational training in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification
25 years of professional experience in logistics ideally with international shipping
Highly organized self-driven and detail-oriented work style
Strong ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in shipping software and MS Office applications
Proficiency in both German and English written and spoken
Preferred:
Experience in event logistics or media/production-related environments
Knowledge of customs and export procedures
Interest in gaming esports or agency work
