The Multifamily Asset Management Senior will report to the Multifamily Asset Management Director. The hired candidate will analyze underwrite value negotiate recommend and close post-funding transactions for complex multifamily real estate loans. Typical transaction types the candidate must be able to complete include assumptions/transfers releases subordinate debt approvals and other performing loan transaction/modification requests. As part of the underwriting process the candidate will be required to prepare investment briefs and present recommendations to credit candidate will also be responsible for working closely with counterparts in Capital Markets Underwriting Legal Operations and others within Asset Management to ensure the securitization process runs smoothly.
Working with Servicers and multifamily borrowers to provide affordable and quality housing while protecting the investors interests.
Utilizing your knowledge and experience to provide excellent customer service to our servicing partners and borrowers completing the appropriate analysis to protect the investors interests.
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related discipline is required
Typically has 6 to 7 years of related experience
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Desire to deliver prompt high-quality customer service and to be accountable for strong individual and team performance with a focus on real results
Ability to build trust and strong partnerships through individual and team actions
Treating obstacles as challenges to be overcome
Listening compromising and showing respect when working and communicating with others

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $125000 - $187000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Full-Time
