Are you ready to jumpstart a career in the exciting world of RVs At Blue Compass RV were looking for a reliable hands-on team member to join us as an RV Porter. If you enjoy working outdoors operating equipment like forklifts and keeping things moving on the lot this is the role for you!
COMPENSATION: $18-$20/hourly

WHAT YOULL DO:
- Safely move RVs and trailers around the lot using a forklift or other approved equipment
- Assist with staging RVs for display service appointments and customer pickups
- Ensure the lot is organized clean and ready for customers
- Maintain cleanliness of RVs including light detailing as needed
- Assist with setting up units for delivery or demo including slides awnings and power hookups
- Support the service and sales team with general lot duties and inventory organization
- Provide outstanding support to ensure a seamless customer experience
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
- Valid drivers license and good driving record required
- Forklift experience strongly preferred (certification a plus!)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
