General Maintenance Technician Join Our Team!
Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a stable and rewarding career We are seeking a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at 1st Lake Properties! Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grounds duties to include pool maintenance.
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartments common areas and building systems
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing electrical and appliance issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure property upkeep
- Complete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Perform unit turnovers / make-readies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience preferably in a multi-family or residential setting
- Knowledge of basic plumbing electrical and appliance repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy items such as appliances
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
