A small Buffalo law firm seeks a Part-time Attorney to join their civil litigation team.
Responsibilities:
Our client prides itself on their ability to coach develop and engage employees. This position includes complete training and mentoring in every stage of civil litigation.
Salary is negotiable based on work commitment.

- Developing files to include liability and damage issues
- Developing files through trial mediation and appeals
- Attending depositions and court conferences
- Client communication
- Providing exceptional customer service to members by responding to inquiries resolving issues and assisting with membership-related needs
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless member experiences
