Due to the graduation of our previous job students we are looking for two new people who are socially engaged have communication and/or technical skills and would like to join the Studium team. If you have both technical and communication skills it is also possible to take on both jobs doubling the number of hours.
Context
Studium Generale Gent is the platform of HOGENT that offers university and college students teachers and interested parties a forum for reflection on society art culture and science. It does so by organizing approximately ten lectures discussions or podium programs each year. The Studium can be followed as an elective course (3 credits) for all students of the Associatie Universiteit Gent HOGENT Howest KASK & Conservatorium. More info at:

Hours
25h/month as a technical job student
25h/month as a communications job student
50h/month for both
Hours are fixed but can be chosen in arrangement according to your availability and our needs. Once a month a team meeting will be scheduled.
Salary
14 euro per hour
Tasks technical job student
Creation of two programme video trailers (by the end of September/beginning of October and by the beginning of January)
Creation of social media visuals announcing lectures
Editing and publication of lecture recordings
Selection and creation of video snippets for social media
Management of Vimeo and YouTube channel
Occasional audio and video recording of lecture on location
