Location
This iconic Resort is situated between the renowned Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest in Tropical North Queensland. The resort comprises of 295 guest rooms suites and villas.
Department
The Demi Chef position reports directly to the Executive Chef and forms part of the Kitchen Team.
The successful candidate will be:
- Trade Qualified
- Prior experience and knowledge of A la Carte Buffet and outdoor catering styles
- Talented and creative
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Team Players
- True desire to succeed in this profession
- Previous 5 Star Experience in a larger kitchen brigade is highly regarded
- The ability to work rotating shifts across 7 days
