Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Reporting to: Graphic Design Manager

Location: Central London (Office based role)

Remuneration: 26000 to 28000 per year dependant on experience

Estimated Start Date: July/August 2025

Within this role of Junior Graphic Designer the individual will be required to assist in creating high quality bespoke pitch presentations for a busy firm focusing on commercial interior design. Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager the individuals day to day tasks will consist of creating and maintaining pitch resources and marketing presentations arranging photography of completed projects and assisting with the creation of pitch presentations. The individual will also provide support and assistance to the Graphics Team as and when required. The majority of the role will involve using Adobe InDesign with support from the rest of the creative suite.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with pitch presentation documents and marketing materials
  • Take briefs from management and other team members
  • Support online presence and update website
  • Write/edit short copy for presentations
  • Take on ad hoc requests to support the management team
  • Maintain and organise resources and database
  • Manage relationships with external agencies
  • Arrange and maintain our photography archive of finished projects
  • Research improvements to current department processes

Skills and Abilities

  • Competent ability to work in Adobe InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently after instruction to complete tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Experience and Education

  • Completed a degree in a relevant subject
  • Previous experience working with Adobe InDesign
