Job Description

Customs Compliance Analyst

Where you will work:

Queretaro Technical Center Parque Industrial ODonnell

NOTE: If you are an internal employee interested into apply you must notify to your direct leaders and local HR then fill sign and attach the Internal Applicants Form with your curriculum before to send your application in order to be considered.

What youll do:

Submit foreign trade procedures and requirements to government authorities in VUCEM (SAT Sedena SE Prodecon etc) maintaining permits and certifications for customs/tax (VAT/IEPS IMMEX etc.) and security (C-TPAT AEO etc.).

Support to prepare documentation for internal and external foreign trade audit.

Design audit and standardize processes and procedures related to the areas activities ensuring their timely and proper compliance. Work Regime Changes Regularizations etc. ensuring compliance with the corresponding regulatory obligations

Analyze and verify the correct administration of inventory control databases (Compliance with Annexes 24 and 30) ensuring certifications with authorities (SAT).

Interpret rules of origin for trade agreements evaluate origin qualification and issue certificates and supporting documents ensuring a reduction or elimination of tax payments.

What is required:

Bachelor Degree in International Business or in Customs Compliance Business Administration.

Advanced English

2 years (at least) of experience in: Foreign trade legal formalities import & Export operations.

Knowledge and experience in foreign trade procedures Annex 22 19 and all Mexican customs regulations.

Experience in inventory control system (Annex 24 & 30).
