Your roles mission:

To underline our business growth & achieve our sales target we are staffing our Sales organization.

As an Account Executive you will join the Pelico Sales team. Your role will to open new accounts and drive growth for our company.

Your contacts will be Factory Managers and their operational teams (Supply Chain Manager Production Controller...) and you will work closely with other teams like Marketing Product and Customer Operations.

As an Account Executive within the MRO Pod your role is to open new revenue opportunities within the aerospace MRO ecosystem (airlines MRO shops OEM services divisions) driving growth through consultative value-led sales cycles.

Youll be responsible for building strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders demonstrating how Pelico solves real pain points across component turnaround material planning and shopfloor visibility.

Location: You will be based in Paris with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

What youll do & learn

  • Own and drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing within the MRO vertical
  • Develop deep understanding of customer workflows (TAT AOG inspection scheduling LLP tracking)
  • Articulate how Pelico creates ROI across performance planning agility and traceability
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers Product and Data teams to shape winning solutions
  • Represent Pelico at key MRO industry events and conferences
  • Contribute to building the MRO Pods GTM playbook and voice-of-customer strategy
  • Set up and manage account plans
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
  • Negociate and close new deals


What Makes an Ideal Candidate Stand Out

  • You are graduated from a Master Degree in Business school
  • You have proven track record in hunting for new business opportunities with ideally at the least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS/BtoB
  • Youre interested in our industry & be attracted by the world of scaleups
  • You know how to manage long & complex sales cycle independently from appointment setting to closing - familiar with on C-level contacts & negociation.
  • Driven by a strong results-oriented culture
  • Your efficiency and rigor make you a recognized interlocutor by our customers and by our teams
  • Your English & French are proficient both written & spoken
  • Determination Perseverance and good listening skills are essentials
  • You are Paris based
