Job Description
Role:- RN PCU
Location:- Owosso MI
Duration:- 13 weeks of contract
Shift:-Nights
Job Description:
Responsible for providing comprehensive patient care through assessment planning implementation and evaluation. Develops and updates individualized care plans within established timeframes. Delivers compassionate age-appropriate care while educating patients and families on health conditions treatments and self-care. Ensures quality and continuity of care by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams adhering to clinical standards and documenting all interventions.
Maintains patient safety follows infection control and medication protocols and upholds hospital policies. Participates in continuing education unit meetings and performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates leadership through delegation communication and support of team members. Engages in problem-solving and supports the hospitals mission and values.
Requirements
- 2 Years of ICU Experience - Required
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) - Required
