Job Description
Position Highlights:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2016 - $2160
- Shift: 12-hour nights
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care to critically ill patients following physician orders and nursing best practices
- Monitor and interpret vital signs lab results and complex equipment
- Administer medications treatments and life-saving interventions
- Communicate effectively with physicians patients and families
- Respond to emergency situations with speed and confidence
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the facility s EMR (Cerner preferred)
- Float as needed to Stepdown ED (not just ICU holds) Med-Surg (modified) and potentially Behavioral Health
Required Experience:

2 3 years of recent ICU experience required

If closer to 2 years must be very strong independent and experienced across a variety of care scenarios

CVICU experience preferred

- Must be comfortable with independent decision-making in high-acuity settings
- Must be willing to float as outlined above
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license required
- BLS & ACLS required
- Preferred Certifications: TNCC PALS CCRN
- License verification required
EMR System:
-
Cerner experience preferred but not required
- WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles)
