Sage Connections is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide services within the school setting for the upcoming 25 26 school year in a full-time role.

Position Details
- Caseload Type: Fine motor skills sensory processing handwriting adaptive equipment
- Age Range: K 12
- Hours per Week: 37.5 - 40 hours/week
- Schedule: Monday Friday school hours
- Start & End Date: August 2025 - June 2026
- Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine OT needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers families and school staff to support student participation
- Document services and progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Qualifications
- Master s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current New Mexico Licenses in Occupational Therapy
- New Mexico State Department of Education License
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners in a school setting
