Job Description
Position: Occupational Therapist
Facility: Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital
Location: 1165 Montgomery Dr Santa Rosa CA 95405
Shift: 08:30 - 17:00Day (5x8 Tuesday - Saturday)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $66/hr (W2) $64/hr (1099)
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
