Requirements
- Fluent English speaker from Turkey
- Completed accredited TEFL TESOL or CELTA certificate
- Minimum 3 years adult teaching experience
- Strong communication skills and passion for teaching
- Excellent punctuality and reliability
- No criminal record
Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- PC with Intel Core i5 (2.40GHz) or better 8GB RAM
- Stable fiber/cabled internet (15 Mbps upload/download) with LAN connection
- Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
