This role requires no previous experience as full training support given!!
Tasks
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Review user-generated content (e.g. sales advertisements) in both German and English to ensure it meets platform standards.
- Assist users and respond to their inquiries via email in a timely and helpful manner.
- Handle customer support across all topics related to the online marketplace maintaining a positive empathetic and professional tone at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date with publication guidelines market trends and best practices in content moderation.
- Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure consistent quality and support.
- Provide valuable feedback to managers regarding recurring user issues questions and trends you are the voice of our users.
- Suggest enhancements to publication policies to help improve overall user experience.
- Adhere to internal communication protocols and company policies.
- Make informed moderation decisions in alignment with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German and a good command of English.
- Adaptability and quick decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A conscientious and dependable attitude commitment is one of our core values.
- A keen eye for detail and strong observational skills.
- A genuine care for people your work directly contributes to the online safety of our users and their communities.
- An interest in online marketplaces the sharing economy and emerging technologies is a plus.
- No prior experience required we provide full training.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer support or digital platforms is advantageous but not essential.
