We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst specializing in HR Systems to join our dynamic team within the public sector. Responsibilities
- Analyze existing HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather and document business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Design and implement system enhancements to support HR functions including payroll recruitment and employee relations.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide support to HR staff on new system functionalities.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including requirement specifications and project plans.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of HRIS projects.
- Monitor system performance and work to resolve issues as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR systems and technology.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in business analysis particularly in HR systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and technology solutions.
- Proven ability to gather and analyze requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment and independently.
- Candidate should be in good standing to pass security clearance
- Experience in public sector HR practices is highly desirable.
