Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team for an exciting HR software project within the public sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of the applications through thorough testing processes. Your role is essential to delivering solutions that meet our users needs and uphold the standards of our organization. You will work closely with the development team stakeholders and end users to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and cases.

Responsibilities


  • Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts based on project requirements.
  • Perform functional regression and performance testing to ensure software integrity and reliability.
  • Identify document and track defects and issues through the bug tracking system.
  • Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to review functional specifications and requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide feedback on quality-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines pertaining to software testing practices.
  • Execute automated tests and assist in developing automation frameworks when applicable.

Requirements


  • degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes tools and best practices.
  • Experience with HR software or applications is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
