- Requirement gathering with stakeholders via conducting workshops
- Stakeholder management
- Experience in Use Case preparation
- Able to present the application Demo to the client stakeholders
- Domain perspective Banking and Financial projects experience preferable Commercial& Residential Tax Payment Data Ops contact center experience in US Geography
- Able to convert requirements into a BRD/FRD document
- Understanding of Agile concepts
- Able to convert the requirements into Jira Stories
- Conduct application UATs and Demos with the stakeholders
