What Is This Job About:
Identity and Access Management (IAM) ensures the central administration of users and access rights for different systems and applications in the company network and in the cloud. IAM enables companies to manage user accounts & access authorizations for their applications allowing to be compliant with regulations. We help our clients with integrating IAM solutions into their IT infrastructure after understanding their specific business issues both internally and externally.
To expand our team we are looking for engaged System And Network Security Engineer to strengthen our security posture across both consulting and development activities. The role is cross functional and critical in ensuring the confidentiality integrity and availability of our systems networks and infrastructure.
What You Will Get To Do
- Support IAM and infrastructure security across projects in Europe and MEA region.
- Design and implement secure network and system architectures that align with security best practices.
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments and system hardening (Linux Windows Cloud).
- Monitor networks and systems for anomalies threats and intrusions.
- Configure and manage security tools (firewalls IDS/IPS SIEM endpoint protection).
- Support compliance with ISO 27001 GDPR and client-specific security frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into DevOps and IAM pipelines.
- Support the deployment configuration and customization of PAM platforms ( Identity Safeguard..)
- Integrate PAM solutions with various systems applications and directories (e.g. AD LDAP Unix databases)
- Participate in troubleshooting and respond to security incidents and support post-incident analysis and remediation efforts related to deployed PAM solutions
- Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity threats and PAM technology
- Participate in presales activities including technical workshops solution presentations effort estimations and proposal support
Requirements
What You Should Have
- A degree in Computer Science Engineering Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Strong understanding of system administration network security and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with firewalls VPNs IDS/IPS and endpoint security tools.
- Strong English & French communication skills both spoken and written.
- Experience with SIEM tools and vulnerability scanners.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows hardening and monitoring.
- Ability to write clear documentation for security policies and incident handling procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP LDAP SAML OAuth OIDC)
Knowledge of Active Directory authentication methods and credential management.
What Is Not Necessary but Would Be a Plus
- Certifications such as CISSP CEH OSCP or CompTIA Security.
- Experience with GDPR or ISO 27001 audits or implementation.
- Good German language skills.
- Experience working in consulting environments or with multiple customer environments.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Knowledge of IAM solutions like One Identity Safeguard and Wallix
- Understanding of Zero Trust security models and architectures
- Familiarity with automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell)
