Job Description
Job Title: Finance Manager
Experience: 5 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take charge of financial planning reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise budgeting forecasting and financial reporting
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and tax laws
- Manage audits and internal controls
- Offer strategic financial guidance to facilitate business expansion
- Lead and guide the finance team
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Preferred qualification: CPA CA or equivalent
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Familiarity with Fijian financial regulations is advantageous
