Job Description

The Washington DC office of a growing busy Am Law 200 Litigation practice has an immediate need for a mid-level Litigation Associate with 4-7 years of demonstrated substantive complex civil healthcare (HHS-related experience is a plus) and commercial litigation experience. Qualified candidates will possess demonstrated substantive litigation experience across various subject matters and will work with a talented team of partners and associates. Ideal candidates will have experience taking and defending depositions producing and arguing motions handling discovery matters and an interest in the continued expansion and development of their commercial and employment litigation skillsets. Excellent academics a desire to be a part of a growing team and an ability to work independently are desired by the group. This opportunity presents genuine career growth and advancement opportunities substantive assignments mentoring and a team-oriented practice environment. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Washington DC. Annual compensation for this position is expected to be in the range of $235000-$300000().
