Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 10:00 AM 4:00 PM Ontario Canada Eastern Time
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and articulate Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3 5 years of proven experience in cold calling with excellent conversational skills and a neutral or no discernible accent. You ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients initiating meaningful conversations and generating interest in our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospects from provided lead lists.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and handle initial objections.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in cold calling telemarketing or sales development.
- Excellent spoken English with clear neutral accent and strong conversational ability.
- Confident persuasive and able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and call tracking systems.
