This role is ideal for someone passionate about logistics creativity and delivering exceptional event experiences from concept to execution. You will be responsible for organizing and executing both internal and client-facing events ensuring smooth operations and impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Plan coordinate and execute in-person and promotional events
Manage event timelines budgets vendors and logistics
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for event branding and promotion
Oversee setup operation and breakdown of event venues
Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the planning process
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide improvement reports
Ensure events align with brand image and client expectations
