Your role as Senior Salesforce Developer
As Senior Salesforce Developer you are a key player in that backbone. Working with teammates the Product Owner and end-users you turn business needs into scalable maintainable solutions. You think proactively suggest improvements take ownership and share your expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds and previous projects.
Your responsibilities
- Help shape the architecture and long-term vision of our Salesforce landscape.
- Produce clear technical documentation to secure knowledge for the organisation.
- Perform code reviews and safeguard development quality.
- Implement new tools and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Spot risks early and propose concrete improvements.

Skills were looking for
- Several years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Bachelors degree (HBO) in Computer Science.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds; Communications Cloud and/or Certinia is a plus.
- Familiarity with Scrum and/or SAFe.
- Proven ability to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication skills for alignment with users and other stakeholders.
