Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team.
Qualifications :
What youll do:
- Data collection & preparation: pull data from Azure APIs and Google Sheets; run quality checks; remove duplicates and handle missing values
- Analysis & visualisation: explore trends calculate core metrics (CAC LTV ROI) and build interactive dashboards in Power BI
- Presentation preparation: create clear concise slide decks that highlight key insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Experiment support: help craft hypotheses estimate sample sizes and analyse test results
- Documentation: describe data sources and calculation logic in Confluence.
Main requirements:
Over a year of experience on strong academic projects (it would be great if you could share some relevant samples of your projects)
Confident SQL (JOINs CTEs window functions)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (formulas pivot tables Power Query)
Basic Python (pandas matplotlib/seaborn)
Working knowledge of statistics: means medians variance p-values
Ability to visualise insights clearly and a sharp eye for detail
- Proficient in Russian: the ability to express thoughts clearly both orally and in writing
B2 English level (both written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau Metabase)
- Familiarity with Git Jira or similar tools
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Intro-level understanding of ML algorithms and evaluation metrics.
