You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets for our smart energy solutions
- Leading motivating and managing our sales and customer support teams to deliver outstanding performance and customer satisfaction
- Optimizing sales and customer support processes leveraging CRM and other digital tools
- Ensuring an exceptional customer journey and building lasting customer loyalty
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance our offerings and market presence
- Monitoring market trends competitor activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (7 years) in sales and customer support leadership ideally within the energy technology or a related sector
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership communication and team management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer support platforms
- Solid understanding of sales principles customer service best practices and relevant legislative frameworks (e.g. consumer rights data privacy)
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners
- A passion for smart technology and sustainable energy solutions
