We need people with great computer skills impartiality and strong functional assessment and time management skills.
Its a challenging role and can be quite different from other healthcare professions and thats why we take your training and development seriously. Youll begin with a 7-week training programme (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) with time set aside for self-development learning.
Well be here to support you with close mentorship provided as you work on your ongoing development. Everyone starts at 38500 per annum (pro rata for part-time). We offer a career pathway programme which can increase your salary up to 41400 plus up to 10% performance incentive.
Overall youll have the opportunity to grow your healthcare knowledge and gain skills and experience which could open new doors for you in the future. Many of our clinical assessors go on to become Operations Managers Clinical Trainers Clinical Coaches and Quality Auditors.

Successful candidates will be required to successfully complete government baseline personnel security standard vetting and a Counter Terrorist Check (CTC). This is therecognised standard for the pre-employment screening of individuals with access to information related to the TPDPS.

Your working hours:
Minimum contracted hours for this role is 30 hours per week and a maximum of 37.5 per week (full time). Well consider your work-life balance as well as the needs of the business to try and create a working pattern that benefits both of us. Working patterns can be between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and include an hour for lunch unpaid. For example 8am 4:30pm or 9am 5:30pm. Well also try to give you a minimum of 4 weeks notice of any changes to your rota if they are needed.
