Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career Were on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our tight-knit growing team at MINT Residential. Based in our vibrant Brisbane CBD office youll be part of a small supportive team thats backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group.
This newly created position will see you managing a boutique portfolio of propertiesgiving you the perfect balance of challenge and control without the overwhelm. This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment where your skills are valued and your career can thrive with very limited Saturday work required!
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments
- Manage incoming rental enquiries always providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct open routine entry and exit inspections as required
- Communicate effectively with tenants
- Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
- Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
- Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:
- A current Property Management Registration
- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants owners and stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of property management procedures including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize as required
- Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
- Availability to work Saturdays when required (limited)
