Reporting to the Head of Product Pay for Placement & Recruiter Reputation and part of SEEKs Growth & Incubation portfolio youll shape early-stage product ideas into real solutions that deliver value and revenue through actual placements.

What Youll Be Doing
- Own and evolve early-stage Pay for Placement productsexperiment iterate and drive towards product-market fit
- Lead a cross-functional squad including Engineers UX Designers and Analysts to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Drive discovery and experimentation with a focus on rapid testing and continuous learning
- Measure what mattersadoption placement rates revenue growth and reuse
- Partner with Commercial Strategy and Sales to align on go-to-market and product performance
- Mentor and lead a talented team of Product Managers building capability and fostering a dynamic delivery-focused culture
- Engage across SEEKensuring a seamless experience within our broader product and platform ecosystem
- Make hard callsscale the models that work sunset the ones that dont
- Stay close to the customerleveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform every product decision

- Strong product leadership with a track record of launching and scaling products in fast-paced ambiguous environments
- Commercial mindsetyou understand how products drive revenue and know how to optimise for growth
- Customer-obsessedyou uncover both stated and unstated needs and deliver solutions that solve real problems
- Confident communicator and collaboratoryou build strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes across teams
- Action-orientedyou move quickly course-correct often and dont get stuck in the weeds
- Experience leading product teamsyouve coached others to success and cultivated a high-performing product culture
