Job Duties:
Develop/design new machines and solutions addressing customers needs in automation and quality control for blow moulding lines
Analyse existing production specifications and calculate future needs and capacities
Using CAD software prepare the lay outs for new lines and for modifications of the existing ones
Train the customers maintenance and production teams regarding the operation of some of the machines
Prepare and give technical presentations to explain customers how the machines and the production lines work
Work with customers and engineers to ensure that the equipment meets the costumers requirements.
Recommend new and improved products to customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective
Calculate prepare and send quotations for new lines and for modifications of the existing ones
Prospect for customers in Central America and the northern countries of South America.

Sales Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Solution Selling
Identify and engage prospective industrial clients understanding their operational challenges and aligning them with high-value technical solutions (CAPEX or automation systems).
Conduct consultative sales by evaluating customer needs process requirements and ROI expectations to recommend tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers including engineering maintenance purchasing and executive-level stakeholders.
Project & CAPEX Management Support
Lead the sales process for complex investment goods including specification clarification solution design collaboration cost-benefit analysis and proposal generation.
Guide customers through internal approval cycles (e.g. CAPEX justification) providing technical and financial documentation to support investment cases.
Collaborate with customers project management and engineering teams to align sales efforts with installation and integration timelines.
Technical & Commercial Expertise
Maintain deep knowledge of automation control systems or capital equipment (e.g. robotics PLCs HMIs motion systems process valves).
Present product value propositions and technical demonstrations to end users and influencers such as engineers plant managers and C-level executives.
Keep up to date with new product launches competitor offerings market trends and technological innovations.
Starting Salary: $70000-$90000 USD depending on experienceand a bonus depending on sales.
Hours Per Week: 40
Overtime: No It will be a salary position
How many OT hours on average can they expect per week In a customer site it could be more but it is project specific.
Workweek: Monday to Friday from 8am-12pm and from 1pm-5pm
Shifts: No shifts
Weekends: In exceptional cases but normally not. Those days will be returned and there is an extra per diem
Payment Days: 15th and end of the month

Qualifications :
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
Native Spanish speaker
Fluent in English
Good knowledge and understanding of automation
Good marketing skills and business sense
Good software skills (MS Office); experience with AutoCAD is an advantage

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

Drivers license required: Yes they will have to get a driver license in Georgia and take the tests again.
Required education: Engineering degree preferably mechanical electrical or controls.
