Assist with all aspects of leasing and occupancy including processing applications conducting move-in/move-out inspections and maintaining accurate records.
Collect rent address delinquencies and make timely bank deposits.
Respond to resident concerns with empathy professionalism and urgency.
Maintain compliance with HUD PHFA and internal housing policies.
Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up.
Support resident engagement and retention efforts.
Prepare reports recertification logs and apartment availability lists.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certification in Housing Management preferredor willingness to obtain within six months.
Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
Office/property management experience preferred.
Working knowledge of HUD and PHFA regulations is a plus.
Must be dependable and committed to service excellence.
