plastering materials to interior and exterior surfaces (use of hawk trowel Darby slicker; working of dots and screeds); apply plaster coats (scratch brown and finish).

NOTE: Travel to Developments within assigned neighborhood is a requirement with the frequency determined by the Neighborhood Administrator. This position will cover Bronx Neighborhood 01 which includes Gun Hill Marble Hill Parkside Pelham Parkway.
