Job Description

At Rome2Rio and Omio were now at the beginning of a bold new chapter: launching a premium advertising business that connects our global audience with the worlds top travel and tourism brands.

Were hiring our Senior Sales Manager Americas to lead growth across North America and Latin America. Reporting to the Managing Director Advertising youll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy growing revenue and building lasting partnerships throughout the region.

What youll do

  • Own and grow the direct ad sales business across North America and Latin America with a focus on premium travel tourism and endemic brands.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value advertisers - from DMOs and hotel brands to rail operators airlines and media agencies.
  • Partner with Product Marketing Ad Ops and Data to bring creative campaigns to life.
  • Represent Rome2Rio at key industry events across your regions.
  • Share market and client insights that help shape our strategy and ad product.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Manager for EMEA and APAC to build a global high-performing sales approach.
  • Be part of a no-ego smart and driven team where your voice and ideas truly matter.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • 610 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales ideally in the travel and tourism space.
  • A strong commercial instinct and proven track record of closing high-impact deals.
  • Confidence navigating client conversations building relationships and managing a dynamic pipeline.
  • A builder mindset - youre excited by possibility and comfortable creating structure where it doesnt yet exist.
  • A collaborative thoughtful communicator who thrives in fast-moving cross-functional environments.
  • Hands-on experience selling into North America and Latin America markets with an understanding of regional dynamics and decision-makers.

Bonus Points 

  • Knowledge of programmatic native and performance-based media.
  • Fluency in other languages besides English.
