Job Description
As our Head of Digital Portfolio you will lead the strategic prioritization and coordination of initiatives across both the Digital and broader Enterprise landscape. You will be instrumental in building a transparent and scalable enterprise portfolio frameworkensuring investments align with business priorities and enable clear trade-offs across teams and functions.
You will report to the Director of Digital Product and work closely with Business Technology Digital Architecture and senior business stakeholders to embed portfolio thinking as a core capability in how we plan govern and deliver.
What youll do
- Shape and implement an enterprise-wide portfolio strategy in close collaboration with Business Technology
- Lead strategic planning across product tech and business initiativesbridging short-term delivery and long-term vision
- Maintain an integrated portfolio view highlighting dependencies risks and investment opportunities
- Drive structured portfolio governanceincluding Portfolio Syncs PI Planning and Go/No-Go reviews
- Champion cross-functional alignment between business product and technology
- Introduce and scale prioritization frameworks like OKRs and value-based planning across teams
- Promote impact-driven resourcing and transparent decision-making
- Define and track value realization across initiatives to drive continuous improvement
- Actively contribute to the transformation toward a product-led operating model
Qualifications :

You bring:
- 8 years in portfolio program or senior product management rolesideally with enterprise scope
- Proven success aligning diverse business and tech stakeholders around shared goals
- Deep expertise in value-based prioritization and roadmap planning
- Experience guiding governance practices in scaled agile or hybrid environments
- Strong facilitation and communication skillsable to navigate complexity and build clarity
- Comfort with dependencies risks and trade-offs in fast-moving environments
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution power
