Job Description
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience:
- 5 years experience architecting Azure PaaS and IaaS infrastructure in medium to large enterprise and multi-vendor environments
- Hands-on experience managing .NET applications in Azure environment using DevOps best practices
- Solid public-cloud knowledge in implementing and operating the cloud platforms
- Should be proficient in Azure DevOps CI / CD Pipeline docker Kubernetes etc..
- Project experience implementing core infrastructure networking and cloud-based services for business teams or consumers
- Deep (Azure) product knowledge and understanding of product features
- Strong experience with: Azure Virtual Machines Subscriptions Resource Groups Storage Accounts Azure AD Connect Terraform
- Good Azure Networking & Security knowledge: VNETs Subnets Peering Network Security Groups
- Expertise in cloud security and identity best practices including OAuth FAMS MFA
- Experience in creating cloud cost models and running cloud readiness assessments
- Experience in working with enterprise IT and implementing hybrid cloud solutions
- Strong Microsoft skillset - AD Windows Server
- Experience with On-Prem to Azure Cloud Migrations
- Professional and/or Associate level certifications are a plus
Personal Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Fluent in English and the working country language
- Should be a self-motivated independent detail-oriented responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a complex international environment
- Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodologies would be a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing complex environment.
PREFERED CANDIDATES:
- The successful candidate will have a self-motivated get-it-done attitude; the ability to think critically; enjoy working with teams spread globally and across cultures; a desire to learn in new areas; and the discipline to pay attention to deadlines details and quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the team in Europe
