What youll be doing
Experians contact center technology team is at the forefront of innovation dedicated to creating cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer interactions. We are seeking a talented Senior Software Development Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive the development of state-of-the-art Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) customer experiences leveraging natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) technologies.
This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing large-scale projects collaborating with cross-functional teams by making data driven decisions
