Job Description
At Eurofins PSS Europe were looking for a driven and passionate Junior Manager to take our Compliance Excellence Program to the next level! If youre a science professional with a talent for leadership and a passion for operational excellence this is your opportunity to make a Europe-wide impact.
As the Junior Manager for Compliance Excellence youll support our scientific teams across Europe by:
Driving quality and performance through structured tools mentoring and training
Ensuring operational processes are standardized and high-performing
Evolving our Compliance Excellence program to remain competitive and fit-for-purpose
Working closely with leadership and on-site Eurofins PSS teams to meet and exceed client expectations
Qualifications :
Degree or diploma in a relevant scientific field
5 years of technical experience including 2 years in leadership
Strong GMP knowledge and operational process expertise in pharma or medical devices
Excellent communication analytical thinking and relationship-building skills
Passion for quality customer service and continuous improvement
Comfortable with travel across Europe
Additional Information :
This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave with a high probability of becoming permanent.
The role is home-based with regular travel across Europe to support our teams on-site.
