An exciting opportunity to work for the Offender Management unit (OMU) at HMP Thameside the only OMU in the country delivered by a third sector organisation since its opening in 2012. Following a recent Prison inspection Charlie Taylor (HM Chief Inspector of Prisons) described this service to be the best provision (he) had seen during the last year.
We are seeking a driven individual who strives for best practice and is passionate in making a difference to peoples lives. In this role you will have the opportunity to be part of a high performing Offender Management Service with its function to identify assess address and reduce risks of sentenced prisoners whilst also motivating them to engage positively within custodial regime.
