Job Description

As part of our Risk & Compliance team at our global HQ in Bath you will play a pivotal role in advancing our approach to risk and compliance within our high-performing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into our business with the chance to travel globally to perform reviews. Youll see the business from top to bottom and side to side providing valuable insights into risks and issues thanks to the breadth of our knowledge and experience.
You will work within a highly respected team that operates across all functions interacting with individuals at all levels of the business. At Rotork we believe everyone should contribute to making risk management and control compliance straightforward fostering a risk-aware culture throughout our global organisation. Additionally there will be opportunities for you to transition into finance operations or project roles within the wider business if you wish to pursue them.

Qualifications :
Essential
- Experience in internal audit external audit or controls function
- Hold a recognised accountancy or internal audit qualification (ACA/ACCA/IIA or equivalent)
- Flexible to travel up to 40% of the time (usually for 1 week at a time)
Desirable
- Strong project management skills managing teams of peers in a project-based environment
- Data analysis experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fin Ops experience
- Prior experience in engineering or manufacturing
- Experience of auditing technology and IT
- Language skills
