Job Description

  • In this position you define and drive the product vision and strategy for ServiceNow together with your stakeholders and Business Process Teams always aligning with overarching business goals.
  • You serve as the key contact for business stakeholders gathering and refining requirements to make sure the ServiceNow platform truly supports business needs.
  • In addition you translate business priorities into actionable user stories enabling the development team to deliver focused and impactful solutions.
  • You continuously monitor product development progress ensuring that timelines quality and functionality standards are consistently met.
  • Finally you manage and prioritize the product backlog balancing feature development enhancements and bug fixes in line with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications :

  • Education: completed university studies of Information Technology IT-Engeneering or a comparable subject
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years and deep expertise in multiple areas of ServiceNow are mandatory with accreditations coveringthe full range of SerivceNow products and moduls; special focus on HRSD is welcome; Recognize and Develop opportunities to ensure a highly visioned and best possible designed experience especially in the area of Hire-to-Retire and further; Technical Knowledge of HRSD very good understanding on Human Ressource processes and business cases- Deliver hands-on configuration development and integration services; good understanding on Project methodologies and procedures (Agile Scrum Waterfall)- Leading and collaborating in agile Teams incl. Business Stakeholders (SMEs); several years of experience with ServiceNow with in different Modules; Ideally with at least several years working in HRSD module including a very good understanding of Business Process Management; Experience with HR-specific integrations (e.g. payroll talent management performance management); Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence)
  • Qualification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Personality and Working Practice: you have excellent communication and presentation skills allowing you to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; you have a strong analytical mindset you work independently and thrive in cross-functional teams contributing proactively to shared goals; you approach challenges with strong problem-solving abilities and a clear focus on continuous improvement
  • Enthusiasm: You are a highly skilled and strategic candidate who likes to work closely with our HR IT and other BusinessTeams to drive the development delivery and enhancement of our service landscape and processes through the ServiceNow platform ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver value to employees.
  • Languages: fluent written and spoken German and English

In accordance with our regulations the gross annual salary for this position is at least 86.000 EUR for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition there is an individual performance-related pay a bonus based on the companys success as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
