Under the supervision of the Client Service Manager this position is responsible for assisting the project manager team with day to day tasks and ensuring all client requirements are met with respect to data accuracy regulatory requirements turnaround time pricing and bottles sets.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Fielding customer Environment testing enquiries and questions
- Preparing bottle orders for customer service and arranging transportation if necessary
- Receiving feedback from clients and arranging appropriate response to needs
- Communicating to customers any deficiencies in samples or chain of custody data
- Discussing the project with the client to ensure clarity of the requirements if necessary
- Work with department supervisors to track client data to ensure on time delivery
- Communicate any anticipated delays to customer prior due date
- Support the data transfer to labplus
- Occasionally prepare quotations with the guidance of the Sales Executives
- Assist with Administration tasks (reports EDDs etc)
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- University degree or college diploma in a related field
- Good understanding of IT and PC applications and software (Excel Word PowerPoint Aquis etc.)
- LIMS and transfer program experience considered an asset
- Self-starter ambitious and energetic
- Lab experience considered an asset
- Environmental testing experience considered an asset
- Regulatory experience considered an asset
